ABOUT US
OUR WORK
Developer
Our Vision is for PROJECT:TALK become a nationally recognised, economically sustainable and highly effective solution for organisations who wish to support mental fitness, including the mental health and wellbeing, of their community.
From schools, to University students, from businesses to the general public, we seek to harness the power of individuals to draw communities together to revitalise mental health, inspire change and better support each other.

Mental Fitness is about togetherness. Only then can we thrive.
We center our work around four central principals. A community must be inspired, empowered and supported to nurture each one of these in order to truly reap the benefits of mental fitness:

I believe in the amazing power of conversation, and how it can be used to change the way we view mental health, and to care for ourselves and each other. We should all be able to feel safe and comfortable being ourselves, talking about struggles, and receiving help. I’m in this to help get those conversations going.

PROJECT:TALK gave me a platform to express what I am passionate about - mental health and mental fitness. As prioritising mental health and mental fitness is often overlooked and still considered taboo in some cultures, I'm grateful to be part of PROJECT:TALK where I'm able to spread awareness and encourage conversation through social media.
